Hi all,

I need some info about the following conventions in Poland :

- the currency written against amounts - for eg. is it PLN 15000 or 15000 PLN or zl 15000?
- amount format generally - for eg is it 11,34,000 or 11 34 000 or 11.34.000 or 1134000 etc..
- the date format used - is it 02 Feb 2008 or 02-02-08 or what else?
- the time format used - is it written as 10 pm or 22:00 or 2200 hrs or what else?

Can somebody throw some light on this? Would be great if you can cite some research on this as well.. Would really appreciate the help.

if you are talking about the decimal point they use the comma - e.g. 2,5 for 2 and a half.

if you choose this option, we rather use DD.MM.YYYY format (so 29.12.1999 for 29th of December 1999)
