Dealer, trader, sales - LOOKING FOR A JOB IN ENGLAND, IRELAND

My name is Michael. I`m young man, i have 24 years old. Now i`m not a student, because to run out money for this. My work experience: I worked in Dealer - i was trader (sales car), and i was a sales representative/telecommunications & succeed office market/. My skills etc. (CV) sent to Person intrested which me.
I would like to get ANY JOBS IN ENGLAND, IRELAND. That is only one little obstacle - language. Middling acquaintance with the English. But when i go to England, Irleand i very fast teach this language.

I wish u best of luck. but at the same time, i doubt u will have luck landing urself a Sales job because of the language.... this sucks . I would try a trade such as gardening / plastering / roofing ..... the bigger the risk the bigger the reward.

Thats the most effective way of finding a job.
