how can we make rozumiec with future meaning?

you're asking 2 diffrent questions here :)

rozumieæ (imperfective) has the following basic forms (1st person, singular):
Past - rozumia³em
Present - rozumiem
Future - bêdê rozumieæ/rozumia³

while the perfective form (zrozumieæ) has the following basic forms (1st person, singular):
Past - zrozumia³em
Present - (none)
Future - zrozumiem
