it is positive article. It shows that some stereotypes about Poland are wrong and that in some cases we have better standarts than Germans. Sterotypoes exists and this juranlist just noticed that Gremans are more "Polish" than Poles and Poles are more "German" than Germans (in some particular cases) ... It isn't about culture but about bribes, drinking habits, officers. Klaus Bachmann lives in Wroclaw and it is good that he noticed some changes.

i am thinking that poland has always been a bit more conservative then germany.. we just were under an oppressive thumbs for a while so some of these good habits were not upheld for the time as sufferage was so great.

I don't think that being conservative is bad. Holland is liberal in EU and Poland can be conservative. why not. maybe it would be good sign. Poland country without euthanasia, abortion and where it is not shame to go to church and be religous person. Pavements are clean, there is no corruption and officers are honest. Kind of trade mark.

why not ? I think it would be good idea to go this way.

Sure it would be nicer....but like everything stereotypes must be worked for (sometimes hard).
Just claiming them won't achieve nothing.
Stereotypes get awarded not taken....

So...I don't see a "respectable like Poles" around the corner....sorry! :)

lol, have you been to Holland Sadek? Im guesing not,get out of the dives like parts of amsterdam and your in a different world, the people are as religious in their protestantism as you are in catholisism, the churches are full corruption is minimum and the police some of the nicest but most efficient in europe, and not corrupt. And the pavements sparkle compared to the dog mess strewn polish or british streets.

I have been :P

What is more their trade mark is much different ... what about euthanasia abortion drugs hmmm

It is europe some people will live in Holand some in UK and some in Germany and some in Poland

What is interesting Leo Benhaker (our National team trainer) claims that he don't feel Duth any more ... I am not going to repeat why he claims so because I will be considered racist or mormon ...
