"To fall in love is easy, even to remain in it... Translation help please

I have been using grammar books and the rosetta stone in an effort to learn Polish for the last two months or so. I was hoping to do this myself, but it is too tough for me just yet. I want to put this quote into the box for a necklace that I am bringing to my girlfriend in Poland for Christmas. Can anyone help me?

Zakochać się jest łatwo, nawet wytrwać w miłości nie jest ciężko; nasza ludzka samotność to wystarczający powód. Ale trudnym zadaniem, jakiego warto się podjąć, jest znalezienie towarzysza, którego nieprzerwana obecność sprawia, że stajemy się nieprzerwanie tym, kim chcemy być.
