I've put an offer which has been accepted on a farm house and land near Jelenia Gora. I know I have to apply to the Ministry for a permit for acquisition - does anybody have any advice about this?
The property has been developed for Agroturistyk use which we hope to continue to develop.
Does anybody know of an English speaking lawyer around Jelenia Gora?

I'm in Krakow so I can only recommend lawyers here but I'd imagine that applying for the permit is something that the notary would do at the pre-agreement stage. If you don't speak Polish and you are the purchaser, the notary will also have to arrange for a court-registered translator to be present at the transaction so it may be worth getting together with your notary and the translator to talk through the process.
