Can EU foreigners already buy Recreation houses?

Hi,
Do somebody know if EU foreigners already can buy recreation houses in Poland?
I have a big wooden house for sale 30 km from Warsaw near the big lake.......on 2000m2 ground. Or do somebody know good sites to put advertishment to foreigners?
