I was wondering how long we could leave this area without getting some help in there?

"On Monday, Brussels took a small but significant step to that end. E.U. foreign ministers formally gave the go-ahead for the Union's biggest-ever peacekeeping force outside Europe. A 3,500-strong mission will depart on February 1 for Chad and the Central African Republic (CAR), with the task of protecting refugees fleeing from the neighboring Sudanese province of Darfur and others displaced by internal fighting." Say what, are you aware of what the people there are living like. Whole villages where every women has been raped. Jails that cannot hold the ones conviced of crimes in. 13 year old girls raped with broken bottles. Please don't feel turning the other cheek is the answer. Hey Russia could really help out another human, should I ask them to help?

BBC's coverage

The peacekeeping force heading for Chad and the Central African Republic (CAR) may be European in name but it will be largely French in number and nature.

At last, though what they will actually acheive is open to question. Sorry,in this case,I dont see why the USA should have to commit any forces, after all, beyond Liberia the US isnt responsible for any states on the continent. The EU ha had a long history of trying to intervene in Africa ,Britains own Parachute regiment eventually went into Searra Leone and managed to secure a peace, lets hope the French can acheive something similar here.

EU now sending troops to Africa?

Maybe Poland would want to send a contingent to the Central African Republic...that's the country that used to be run by one Emperor Bokassa, who had school children killed, then put there bodies in a freezer, until he had his chefs prepare them for dinner...true story....Joe would not lie!

Poland sends their soldiers there because they pay for French support in forming EU constitution, we will have our Judge in EU tribunal of justice like France Germany UK Spain and Italy ... one seat will always be for Poland what is more one additional seat will be for one small country and other small countries will have cadency (our iniciative as well). Big EU countries (Poland as well) will always have one seat and rest will sometimes have opportunity to have judge in EU tribunal (they will have cadency or sth like in ONZ there are pernament members and some coutries have seats for piroid of time). For this support now we send some soldiers to somewere ...

maybe we are not so big and rich as French or Germany but we are amitious and determined and we have some results. I think it is great long term investment

Another waste of money, middle of the desert is not a proper place for European troops to practice. These are not natural conditions in which they should be ready to fight. One could think that Americans got a lesson in Somalia and others wont follow them...

They way how do you explain all of this to yourself is outstanding! We should thanks the French for rejected constitution (psss! which have absolutely nothing to do with Reform Treaty). We would get one judge like all big countries anyway. One sellout from PO or PD or another German or French, what is the difference? They are all the same. The court is supposed to be independent, so why nationality counts?

we will have EU state, It is good to have strong position in EU. I have noticed that you prefere to be member of Russian emipre ... but 90% of Polsih people prefere EU ... psss it is not posible to stay neutral/independent ...

BTW it was Kaczysnkis job ... not PO or PD and I don't want to disappoint you but Kaczynski after succesful (in his opinion) negotiations supports EU constitution/treaty the same as PO ... you can always move to Bielarus true independent state in friendship with Russia

If everybody there think in the same way and others are not allowed to speak out then I give a damn how many Polish bureaucrats would hold well paid jobs in Brussels. My views are not represented and wont be anyway.

So I suggest you to re-read proper thread. I clearly stated that I don't want to be a part of any Russian empire. Imperialistic policy have negative impact on all sides involved. Jose Barroso claimed so time ago that the EU is supposed to be empire. Silly man.

90% of Polish people know nothing about the EU.

All those who want to rob you say so. Listen to them and they will rob you indeed.

A ridiculous suggestion that I support PiS somewhere here. I never did. I mentioned PO and PD because some troll from these circles will probably get a nomination. You think otherwise? Share with me your vision if so.

I don't want to manage on three sides because one day we will be part of one side and no body will ask us if we want. EU is the best choice. I like idea of strong United Europe with army, foreign policy and solidarity ... we have a lot to do achieve it but situation is better and better.

Apparently you are unaware on what foundations the United States were created. For sure not on overwhelming bureaucracy, socialist mentality and moral degeneration of its people.

Please compare short American constitution and horrific bureaucratic never-ending tirade called some time ago a Constitutional Treaty. (This which was rejected in referendums in France and Netherlands and later renamed to Reform Treaty to avoid repeated referendums.)

Secondary, people whom reached American soil were everything but socialists. Those were hard-working people constantly made this country to be more prosperous. Today's Europe consist mostly from lazy social parasites, crying about minimum wages, free health care and welfare state in general.

American immigrants mostly had good moral foundation. Europeans will abort themselves and even homo-"marriages" wont help them, just Muslim immigration with all consequences. Europe is dying!
