Probably true The best of luck to the gallant Scots lads. It's about time you made it to the finals of something

Very good in fact

Seriously I want Scotland to qualify for the Euro. I know this is not what is expected of a sassenach

As for England's chances it all depends on letting Steveie Gerrard play in the midlle (not that I'm biased)

Couldn't agree more about Gerrard. And use Terry as back up. I also think it's about time England fielded left footed players on the left cos opposition know that if the player is right footed he will invariably cut inside.

I'd like to see all 4 nations compete but I doubt that will happen.

Today, 10:14 - Attached on merging:
English football fans

So its great news that 2012 will be in Poland. With the way the Polish team is performing now and the home support that there will be, there is a good chacne of Poland proggressing in the tournament. I am though a little worried about how the Polish populations view on English people may change after seeing our football fans in action. Take into account that fact that Germany is next door to Poland and so they will be very well supported, should England be drawn against them for any games Im sure there would be problems. Also I can imagine the way that the majority of guys will view the Polish women in pubs etc. Polish guys are very protective and they seem ready to fight.

Also take into account the recent problems in Rome. Amongst the Italian Ultra fans there were groups of hooligans rom Ukraine, France and Poland who were all in contact with the Italian gangs and were notified by text messages that "Roma wants to hurt Manchester". I really want my country to do well and I love Poland as much as England so i feel exactly the same way. However I do worry how relations will be between our countries afterwards. Especially with the morons in UK who are racist against Polish people.

The biggest fun of all might be the odd, stray American tourist desperately trying to find 'soccer' stadiums to watch the ball game at

I remember the world cup 2004 in USA. we didnt qualify and none of the Americans realised. They were walking around outside their shops saying welcome UK. The interviews were priceless.
