Just look for the little green huts on the street. They usually have them, along with batteries.

Best way is to swiftly exchange cash with your one hand and take the box of fags with the other;) I know not any better way. Ask for PAPIEROSY.

Round the back of Stadion at the start of ul Targowa or the subway by the tram stop at Rondo Waszyngtona. 5zl per packet (so 50zl, a little over 10 quid a carton). Mornings up to about 10 or maybe 10.30 only.
