Buying New Tyres for your car in Poland

I have just used the services of http://www.opony.pl/

It was a very easy transaction I ordered online and received them 4 days later delivered directly to my home. I have also checked the price with four other company's and opony.pl had the best deal a saving of at least 200 PLN on a set of four.

I believe companies that offer a good professional service should be recommended to others. If you need new tyres and you want the best price, save time and go to opony.pl

I am not associated with opony.pl, other way than being a satisfied client of this company.

I was surprised when an Italian friend of mine - who has only recently started studying Polish, in view of a several months stay later this year - understood the word opony. When I asked how come he knows it, he said he had searched all of Europe for cheap tyres and found the best deals at opony.pl: even with shipping costs and paying a car mechanic to mount them on the rims and car, it was the cheapest way, and he is satisfied of them.

Thats a handy site, most European tyre specialists include fitting in the price as apposed to Poland where you can get them fitted, balanced and tracked in the smallest of towns.

I wrote on here not so long ago the my Mercedes locking wheel nuts were rounded, this was a massive problem, even after visiting Mercedes Forums i was convinced the best idea would be to leave my car in the most criminally active area in order to have them removed. Good old PL had them off with no trouble at all for 50PLN - bargain.

WB, I was impressed with the service. I recently, decided to buy new carpets for my wifes Honda CRV, I contacted the authorized dealer and they quoted me 580 +VAT delivery minimum two weeks. A colleague of mine suggested I do a search on http://allegro.pl/- I placed CRV Dywaniki in the search option and came up with a number of company’s that make carpets to order. We choose one in Warsaw and they made the carpets up and I collected them after 5 days, same standard, same colour, the only difference was no Honda logo and the price 102 PLN inc VAT. Service excellent again.

Now that depends if wish to get a part that fits first time and of good quality or a motor factor which source most aftermarket parts from China and Turkey.
Ok if its bearings most are made by FAG/Torrington reboxed in a dealers box along with alot of Bosch/Valeo/padgid and Ate to mention a few.Im always carefull when and if I buy from an autofactor.They are chperfor a reason

I needed a new set of summer tyres for my old Nissan, and bought them through my warsztat (not an official dealer). Pan Andrzej is already servicing my old "tractor" many years. I think I paid compared to opony.pl 120 PLN more, but he stores my winter tyres (hard to do that in a flat), and price was included montaż and calibrating. That costs also.
But yes, I also heard from other people it is a very good website.

I have on my car Dębica. I have nothing to complain about. Not as flashy as Pirelli that is for sure. But for use in Polish conditions I think you can buy worse "made in ROC" tyres.
