I know that people are always telling that the costs of daily living are in Warsaw (where I live) much higher as in the provinces. I am currently on holidays in Dolny-¦l±¶k and the prices here are not that different in the shops from Warsaw. Anyway, I cannot believe that for example Lidl and Carrefour have different prices for every region in Poland. Also, the utility rates (gas, water, electricity, internet) are I think basically the same everywhere in Poland. What makes a difference though I think is housing. And of course that is a big part of the household budget.

If the cost of renting or building a premise in Warsaw is more expensive than Radom, then of course the prices will be higher also the salaries are higher in Warsaw than the provincial towns. All the large internationals work on a flat profit basis and it is per unit, not flat rate.
