English-speaking bank in Warsaw ?

BISE, which has been taken over by DNBNord, use to have a french speaking service (it was owned by Banques Populaires). So You could try with DNBNord to see if this still exists

PS I confirm Citibank service is crap, I was a client for 2 years

What kind of minimum are we talking here?

150K PLN minimum or an HSBC Premier account in another country, not sure about their business account as i just have a personal account.

If you have a company in Poland can the bank account name be that of the owner or does it have to be the name of the company.

I ask because I am trying to purchase a product from a company called Roter Custom Guitars and they want me to transfer the funds into a personal bank account. They say this is normal business practice in Poland.
