1jola: If you remember the name and the street, I am interested. BTW, Haven't made it to Kamienica theatre yet, but my wife has and liked the play she saw. La Bono www.labono.pl It offers mainly Indian food and some European as well. First reports are promising but aren't from people who really know their curry. I'm planning a trip there tomorrow. There's also a new Indian place in Mokotow somewhere. Planning a trip there on Friday!
I've never seen anything in Kamienica. Frankly I'm not sure how I'd feel about sitting in the dark in the basements of a former gestapo HQ, who knows what went on down there!
1jola: A friend and I are splitting a 10 liter bucket of hot sauce from a Vietnamese distributor. 70 zl. I'm on a Sechuan kick at the moment. I'm gonna die from fire:) It's not about quantity, it's about quality. Try www.ostrakuchnia.pl My personal tips are Blair's After Death sauce (Sudden Death is pretty much too strong to use and both Mega Death and Ultra Death are of the 'stupidly hot' variety), Mustard Gas sauce (half a bottle nearly put my mate in the drunk tank but that's another story) and Death Rain Habanero chips.
