Neostrada Phishing emails

There has been a massive surge in phishing emails from so called Neostrada Management lately, in Polish and English asking for all kinds of personal information. They even threaten to delete accounts if you dont supply your passwords. I assume quite a few people have fallen for this so heres the heads up.

Nobody else getting these associated with the largest ISP in Poland?:
