So i need to pay my internet bill, but i don't have a polish (or EU) bank account.

Can i go into any bank and pay with cash?
Or should i go to my internet provider to pay by cash/visa?

It is not silly; you can pay bills at the post office.

You should be able to lodge the money in to their account, just remember to put the details of why you are lodging the money, so they know who paid what for when.

be aware that
1. Not every post office has enough of chip credit card terminals yet.
2. Your payment with some credit cards in post office may be treat as a cash withdrawal
not electronic payment. So if yor internet bill is eg 42zł , commission = 20zł ~50% :/

pay at the post office using cash. if u have all the paying in details fill in a paying in slip. there is a charge for this of about 3zl. make sure that u keep the copy/reciept.
have someone show u how to fill in the (red) slip.

i guess different payments require different methods.

good that u got it all sorted out anyway.

the only problem with the post office is the queue. i find that half an hour before closing is the best time.

Hey, Businessmaninpl. IF you are a businessman in Pl then why don't you jave a Polish bank account? If you stay with a foreign one - still you can easily wire a transfer... What's the problem. Also, post office as written above IS a solution.
