when is it cheaper to switch on the heating system in Poland ?

what kind of? gas? district?

In my home I set semi-district heating as follow:
5oo-7oo --> 22 stC
7oo-16oo --> 18 stC
16oo-1oo --> 22 stC
1oo-5oo --> 18 stC

In my work, we have recommendation to set district heating for people like this:
7oo-23oo --> 21stC
23oo-7oo --> 19stC

ENERGA electricity provider call this taryfa nocna (night rate) 13oo - 15oo i 22oo - 6oo but it isn't set on by default. You have to ask them for new special meter installation.

I find the best method is to rent a furnished apartment and then during winter start burning the contents,

rent a furnished apartment

or find a part time job leaflet distributor :)

Some of the saving masters I know, achieve amazing results using
combination of gas/coal stove and solar collector (for domestic water heating).

Hard to believe that the Sun can heat the oil up to 90 st C in Olsztyn's latitude.
