Actually, the "canadian" language thing was a joke. Sorry if you didn't get it. I'll write to my family in Canada and tell them the joke fell flat.

Well it wasn't me who posted that list but let's see... now there's a point... many of these countries have more than one official language (like Gambia). Brunei's offical language is actually Standard Malay, Fijian is actually a language http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fijian_language, whereas a number of these places also have regional creoles (like Antigua). Cameroon has it's own pidgin and mix of French, English and pidgin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camfranglais), in fact English AND French are the official languages and there are around 250 other languages in the country (probably why they use French and English as offical languages). The offical language of India is actually Hindi, which is just one of a variety of Indian languages (English is allowed by the constitution as a secondary official language). Ethiopia: Ahmaric. Barbadian could be used to describe the Bajan creole language, which is also a recognised language in Barbados ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bajan ).

So actually not all of them have English as a sole official language.

However, none of these countries seem to have Polish as an official language but does that mean that Polish Police officers should speak Standard Malay, French, Hindi, Ahmaric, Pidgin/Creole etc?

I still haven't worked out what Australians speak.

I dont know if anyone else mentioned this before but you can have all of your windows tinted. Rear passenger windows and rear window can be whatever you want, front side windows need cannot be tinted more than 30%, and you cant tint the front windshield. If you want to avoid problems in poland know the law.

Why in the name of all gods, did you have your windows tinted? You don't want to see too much outside while driving? The procedure is rediculous, no argument to that, but your car windows are too.

If its so ridiculous why do BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Audi, VW, Honda, etc fit it as standard to a lot of their new vehicles?

You're not allowed window tint in Poland???? No way, I've never noticed but I think that's crazy. I love having my windows tinted!

And the UK, Front window must let through 70% of the light although most cars come close to the limit standard, rear windows can be however dark you want. Angie2010: You're not allowed window tint in Poland???? No way, I've never noticed but I think that's crazy. I love having my windows tinted I love it too, I don't like people looking at me while i'm driving :)

Does it really matter to you that much what I or any other car owners do with their cars? If it does- tough $hit. Get over it & stop worrying about what others do in their lives!

As for seeing the outside- us with tinted windows can do just fine thanks. We just don't care for everyone else to see us in our private space.

Sunglasses provide the same effect on a much smaller scale.

Maybe you should try it, you might like it. But then again you probably don't own a car & wouldn't understand.

Private space? Or a public road, driving a ton of metal with an engine.

A driver with tinted windows could be doing all sorts of things while driving and the police, whose job it is to protect the public from harm, would not be able to see.

Have you driven past me recently? I wasn't getting a blowjob at the time I was snorting line after line of coke from the passenger seat whilst murdering a hooker who was sat in the back seat, Just so I fall in line with your stereotype of "everyone who has darkened windows is a criminal"

The fact of the matter is I have a nearly clean licence, no criminal convictions and never had an accident despite driving 30k + miles a year in a car with darkened windows (from the factory)

How do you know my case exactly? Prove to me with documented proof that if I want to live in Costa Rica, Bermuda, England, Japan, Botswana, Russia, Peru, Bulgaria, Libya, Thailand, that I can't. Your theory is about as solid as a wet toilet paper bag.

The fact of the matter is that I, and anyone owning a car, is allowed BY LAW to have their windows tinted and I intend to flex my rights to have such, unlike so many ppl in this country that accept mediocrity, corruption, and live in fear of the police.

Next time you drive 1km/h over the speed limit, fail to stop for someone in a zebra, j-walk or cross a zebra on a red light cuz you're in a hurry to walk somewhere-just remember you are just as guilty as me for having tint.

As I understand it, in Poland it is against the law to have non-factory-fitted modifications to a car where they can affect road safety, or tints over a certain level.

People, generally ********, boy racers and low level mafia do such things, but at their own risk, and liable to be fined if caught.

It's also illegal to have furry dice or rosaries.

My car is 1 year old and in much better condition than 99% of the other POS's on the road. I race my car in TOR Poznan, like I previously said. When there is something wrong with it, I take it to the dealer and they check it/repair it if needed. Under warranty.

I only carry my PP when I'm going to be out of my city for a day or more. Who in their right mind would carry it everywhere they go? It's so easy to get picked by anyone or fall out of a pocket, then I will have bigger problems. I don't use a purse cuz I'm not a woman. And what business is it of yours if i carry it or not??

It hardly matters what it is if the police take a dislike to you. The car might be in accordance with all Polish laws - but who's going to win the argument if the police say they stopped you for driving dangerously? Certainly not you.

If I'm not allowed to be in PL, how come I have a Decision from the govt allowing me? I also have a work visa, ZUS payments, A business registered in the KRS, 6 bank accounts, KP, Pesel, NIP, REGON....

You still haven't provided any supporting documents about me not being able to live in other countries as well as PL.

let me remind you. There is a difference between allow and live. I am allowed to be in this country either by passing thru it or living in it. I am allowed to live in this country based on the Decyzja provided to me from the Federal Government. I am allowed to hire workers for my business.

I have every right to live here. They have given to me, albeit with a time restriction, which I must re-apply this year. Do you want me to scan in my Decyzja?

Nothing more to discuss.

Listen....this topic was about my registration being taken by the cop. Simple. But somehow you've turned it into a debate about if I am permitted to live in PL or "be allowed"
