About Poznan! Foreigners, Life, Crimes, Job Prospects, Expenses!

Hi, I am a mauritian married to a polish citizen, I was in UK for 3 years but decided to return back to my country for a better married life and had lots of projects in head! But where it stand, i just want to leave here n meet up again with my wife who is in poland! But I want to be somewhere like poznan which is not too expensive and welcome foreigners too! I want to know how people treat foreigners there! because in London it was alright! No racism n stuff! And what about job prospects? Can me n my wife start a new life afresh there?? let me know please! I need information urgently so that I can act ASAP! Cheers in advance

So you basically married a Polish girl in London, maybe to get UK residency, then moved back to Mauritius without her for some reason and now you're maybe considering moving to Poznan, provided they're not too racist to you over there.

Kiddo, marriage ( a real marriage, not a residency scam ) is about supporting your spouse through thick and thin, regardless whether it is tough ( racism, job prospects ) to do so.

You'd be wise to learn that.

Thank you Seanus, to be honest I was slightly moved by the amount of selfishness in his post.

He MIGHT move to Poland to support his wife, assuming there'll be "no racism and stuff", good job prospects ( screw the economy, right?, everybody's got to bend over backwards for the little prince ) and few expenses. Otherwise she can fend for herself and live without a husband.

Husband of the year type.

It's safe to say that with an attitude like yours, you'll get your head kicked in repeatedly by the locals and they certainly won't employ you.

Poland doesn't "welcome foreigners" - they treat them like they're Polish. Some random from Mauritius isn't going to turn any heads - and you'll be another kebab slave in "Kebabistan".

Job prospects? I'll give you a job for 5zl an hour. How about it?

Might be you are your family member has been sleeping with a mauritian and was treated that way!having said this makes you look like you come from a third world country with such dirty and cheap mind.

if i would have want the uk residency, i would not leave UK firstly. And i just wanted some ideas about life there! not about your thoughts about me! as you dont know what are the projects we have on our heads! So is it the first time u are seeing husband leaving the wife temporarily to look for a job abroad and then get back to the wifey!

i think you need help! and secondly you are still immature. and like you said, i being a kid i can give you free tuition you puff!

I see truth hurts the most, judging from the arguments ad personam :). One doesn't need to have any contact with mauritians to see you for what you are.

You're in no position to give anyone suggestions because you're simply not man enough to face your marital responsibilities.

"Married life" so I take it you both returned to wherever. Unless by "better married life" you mean staying away from your wife.

Now you write "leaving the wife temporarily".... Which one was it then? Why is the story changing all the time? Or is it just your inadequate command of English?
