There should be a number on the card or piece of paper to phone.

What language is the operating system on the voice-thingy in? Does it speak to you in Polish or English?

err don,t know about any speaking...i thought you just texted some number , then put in the number from the reciept....

I guess the people at plus gsm will speak Polish....
the only phone numbers i can see are 5555 and 123 telekod...

I guess its pretty simple for anyone the has a plus gsm phone...but i have not used this system before...

Once again ( I think you have been eating too many beans) on the reciept it will have a number to dial to call up. Wait to the end of the Polish automated voice to stop talking and it should ask you if you speak English. Then follow instructions.

It used to be that you called some number and then when prompted you put in the number from the receipt.

The people at Plus do speak English and it is worth calling them anyway so you can have all the options set to English rather than Polish (a lot of stuff can be in either language).

Just tried that and a nice voice in English and Polish told me they are unable to complete the call...

I did actually ask the girl in the Zabba shop to put the credit on for me...she pressed some buttons , told me it was ok...and i left...only when i got home and tried to send a text did i discover there was no credit on the phone , so she obviously did it wrong...

Last time i got some credit my friend Magda did it for me , and somehow provoked my mobile into asking for a puk code , which i did not have , so that was that mobile rendered useless...

So now with a new sim card i try again.... It never ceases to amaze me how difficult even the simplest thing can become in a country where you dont speak the language well... Spend some money , a lot of time...and the result....nothing usually....

The only numbers on this reciept are 5555 and 123 telekod...and of course the kod doladowujacy.....i have tried dialing 123 5555 and 5555 123 both result in a voice telling me they cant connect the call....

This might not help at night, but you should be set during the day.

Definately the easiest way IMO. I'm with PKO BP and they have this option with their online banking. I'm sure most other banks in Poland would also have this facility.
