Guest: to a church in the country side away away from wroclaw. I am used to having people stare at me(i love the attention)...but this day, a woman came out from the church, stared at me for about 10 secs and she said to me..."there is no God for you in this church". This was said in Polish, didnt understand,...but i realised my friend began to argue with her...so i knew what was wrong...
WOW! You just opened up a pandoras box. I never realized that you were a non white person. But you have to realize that Poland in not like the US. America is a melting pot. We are of all colors and religions. In America, you would not be stared at.
But in Poland , a non white is rare. Especially in the rural areas. Most of these people are small town citizens. They are not used to seeing that. I have never been to Poland but my folks told me a lot about it. Poles are very clanish people. This is their culture.
