Just spent a fruitless hour walking round Poznan Rynek, trying to find a pub with Sky Sports. Does such a thing exist in this city, Poznan crew?

dziekuje

Someplace Else in the Sheraton does, but it's the only place in town that does as far as I know.

(I know the feeling!)

Both the sports bar in Dom Viking and Coxy's used to have Sky Sports. Have they both closed?

Dom Viking is still open and does advertise big matches. Not sure if they are the matches that you are lookin for. i think the Irish bar (Celtic Bar) just off the Rynek has sky sports...will get the address for you when i am out for lunch.

Just checked and Sheraton are sure that they have Sky Sports. Incidentally so too are Dom Wikingow who have brought back their sports bar, this time to the underground bar accessed through the main cafe. Used to be Whisky Bar once upon a time.

We have phoned both places and been very clear in our requests. The woman in the Sheraton even claimed to have it on as we spoke.

Good news, wonder if they'll show the darts if I ask nicely...?

(by the way, for anyone in Poznan, there's a meeting this Friday at 7pm at the Van Gogh Cafe, Zydowska 12)

and now SPE in the Sheraton has not paid their SKY sports sub so no longer available and Dom Vikingow is gutted for refurbishment so no Sky Sports in either place

Anyone know of a pub or bar in the above locations that shows canal+ sports?

Birmingham versus Spurs is on this weekend and is clearly not worth a journey into Centrum to the usual haunts, so i was wondering if there was any place which would be a cheaper taxi fare

COYS!

Is that what is happening at Dom Wikingdow??? I was wondering what was going on there...Obviously, Brovaria was taking all their customers...hopefully, they will upgrade their staff as well.
