Having been raised and lived in Poland for many years - hearing this makes me think socialism/communism is what the world demands today. Be careful what you wish for :).

Who determines if the book is 'racist'? And if they claim 'this book is racist' today they will claim 'breathing air kills the planet Earth' tomorrow. Oh, actually that's what they already do ;).

Your local library has lots of racist books. Might be time to attempt your lawsuits?

Exactly, its all down to opinion and we are controlled by that, sadly enough.

Nope, I have far too much going on at the mo, just one interesting point ill make is that has there ever been a law case in this situation?

i say this, but at the moment im tucking into 5 pierogi given to me by my polish workmate (after i begged her to make them:D) and the fact i bought magi 2 months ago has me even more excited!!!!

Here's your relevant American law

1. No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.

2. No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be held liable on account of –

a) Any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected; or

b) Any action taken to enable or make available to information content providers or others the technical means to restrict access to material described in paragraph (1)

Anyway, I'll say this much. Some members are pure cowards that feel the need to jump on a member (a woman nonetheless) when she is already in conflict with someone else. It seems that sitting back and letting the conflict sort itself out is a bit too difficult for some of these cowards to do. Anyway, you know who you are.

And for you people to be whining on here right now that we should have defined limits for banning (like personal abuse), is laughable. Make up your minds!

filios, no there was alot more said last nite, I appreciate that they seen what was going
on and they corrected it.. I dont want people to see me get upset or mean towards people
and of couse those who know me , know that I am not here to hurt people.

sometimes though , if my words can help say what needs to be said, then I am glad
to oblige. :)
