I dont get it either, why would you need to have PM's from the past, unless u had dementia though :D

Well sometimes if you are having a longer discussion you might want to go back to one of the previous posts to recall some things.. if you don't want to get too personal with somebody (giving email or communicator's id) then you might want to store a bit of it in the mailbox...

or if you are a creepy computer nerd who stores all messages from girls to read them over and over again when he's alone - that too ;p

I don't like the randomness of the whole mailbox.. I have no idea why sometimes my mailbox is bigger than other times, I'm getting 5 messages and then after deleting one my message box is still full.. until I delete like 2 more of them. Am I loosing my mind? Hallucinating..? ; o

I realize that, Its not about that, its about space period!!!

u give something, especially to us older members, who knew this was what
we had, then come back and its gone, and the funny thing is without even saying
a word about it, oh, by the way we have reduced your inbox space , have a nice day/

it would be different if there was such a thing sent saying well, since the economy
sucks so bad, I decided to reduce your inbox, so now if I am not around for few weeks
and someone tries to send me a pm I cant get it, because its full already..

and yes, some of us do save our messages from those who are my friends because
I like to keep dear to me the messages that made me smile or laugh on those bad
days when alot of shyty things happened and they may have brought me back to
myself ..

PM also arent supposed to be about poland because they are private, my understanding
was that this way members who want to talk privately can, because in the past
there was alot of stuff going on in threads and this was supposed to cut down on it
and keep some of the things people usually chat about in private, "PRIVATE"

and also people were getting weird emails, this also saved people from having
to have weird shyt come to their email from this site,, which has happened,
because I as well as alot of people had my email open and did get some "VIRUS"
type emails which came from polishforums.

anyway, it shows me alot.

while regular members can store 20 messages.

why should someone even attempt to pay/sponsor if in fact, they know that
as a regular member the truth is a lie.

And maybe for those of us who want to sponsor and are women dont really want
a lifetime VIP membership to polish women . com - cause it really doesnt fullfill any
needs for me personally.

I think a suggestion box should have went out, maybe get some more sponsors
for the site because people do come here asking for help with genealogy, shouldnt
that be something to look into since you have so many members???

like possibly getting a 3 month free ancestry.com , you would prob get alot of
people helping..

why isnt there a polish men .com either?? so the single ladies can go check out
them?????

or maybe a Polish calander??

I have noticed a decline at night, which is understandable, but I remember
when alot of us were on late. maybe I am just missing the crowds?

nah, the kind of posters have definitely changed from when i came here first.. remember bubbles? definitely a rougher crowd these days..

And it takes a LOT to get someone suspended.


It still seems to happen a lot though, and sometimes it's not even easy to work out why someone got suspended.

oh WHOA Is me...


Yeah I am supposed to have 20 I guess, but admin says if I have a problem its
only me, lol, so I guess I am supposed to figure it out myself , even though I dont
run the site..

my inbox only holds 15 and says private mail full cant recieve anymore messages
the outbox is at 22 so far.

when it hit 15 last night It didnt let me have anymore.
