The mod. states the OP went off topic in this thread.
I certainly can't see that. All posts are either about the article and its author, and one is in response to now removed anti-Polish post. Certainly more to the topic than, oh I dunno, 90% of threads on PF?

Can we have this thread back? It was looking like a very interesting one.
And may I suggests that the mode responsible for closing the thread takes some remedial English courses?

You need to get up earlier! Most of the posts have been moved to random chat, as there was at least 3 different discussions going on in the same thread.

It would take more than a few posts to get a thread closed, However if the OP takes it off topic it just shows he doesn't care about it.

Great. The usual suspects came to disturb the thread ( they don't like the content of the OP), not one of their posts was on-topic, I reply, a mod closes the thread. No warning, nothing. Closed.

Media slander of Poland is a forgidden subject. Threads are removed if someone posts about some idiot lying and spreading hate about Poland in the press. All on "Polish Forum." Censorship, while telling stories how all views are welcome here, even those hateful to Poles, Polish-Americans, and yes, those views seem to be the most welcome. Maybe this forum should be labeled as a hate site?

As Vincent said, some threads are closed FIRST, then cleaning is done, and finally you can see an on-topic thread. After that thread is re-opened.

This particular thread was not flagged as closed for cleaning and I can't see Vincent stating that the thread was closed for cleaning. Easy to check. Just scroll up a little.

Mods, is there a periodic review of closed threads? Some of mine were taken offline by needless digressions. It's unfair to punish the OP for the folly of others.
