What is your favorite Polish Music Group or Artist?

Last week I attend "Iche Troje" concert. My sister loves them. They are a pretty good rock group and after meeting them personally they seem to be very down to earth. However, I really love Szymon Wydra & Carpe Diem especially the songs "Musisz Uwierzyc, Zycie Jak Poemat, List Od Pana B. and Poza Czas".

I was just wondering what are your favorites?

I like Milano. Their song goes:

I like Coma and Goya...Lipnika & Porter too :P

But they are the only bands I KNOW of that are Polish and that I like

Oh and there is one song I dont know the name of but its cool

'Dzien Dobry, Kocham Cie etc etc etc)

Also Coma (guys from Lodz, old good polish rock-bands, KAT, old Manaam, Closterkeller, but I still love old Polish 20'-30' songs I'm not crazy about new bands, I'm waiting for something more melodic and less commercial...

Manaam, Republika, Siekiera, Pudelsi, Homo Twist, Pan Maleńczuk, Pidżama Porno, Apteka, Raz Dwa Trzy, Świetliki, Wilki, Smolik, T.Love and of course Hey. These are my favourites.

Oh, and I forgot my favourite hip hop band/crew Kaliber 44!

Kaliber44 is good also Grammatik...and Fisz is good entertainment

Of course Republika or Wilki are on my list

Something about Wilki. They must be the only band to have had a track played on [UK]MTV and half-way through it, it was taken off and the VJ's mouthed the words ' what the f..............'
I like Wilki, but at the start of their career they were awful.

I'm not to keen on Fisz. He raps in a very irritating way. Paktofonika is another good polish rap squad.

It's more alternative hip hop. I do like older stuff more though.

I personally would send a smile to Kayah ... I like her maybe more from the old records but I think she has a great voice and such a image
There were some good songs performed by Anita Lipnicka, and of course old DZEM with Ryszard Riedel there are some good polish jazz-rock sessions musicans like Waldemar Lewandowski, Marek Surzyn or Jerzy Antoszkiewicz -who ever been on "Zlota Tarka " festival knows what I am talking about
I remember also about Leszek Mozdzer - but in that case I have quite mixed feelings.
And there is plenty of good names nobody mention yet
