One of my favorite movies is a US science-fiction comedy, which I watch over and over all the time. "Back to the future"

I like "Sami swoi"- polish classic, "Jak rozpetalem 22 wojne swiatowa" Did you watch "Dzien Swira" with Marek Kondrat? this got some reward on festival in Gdansk. Very funny.

English I like "Only fools and horses" , "Allo Allo", Some bits of Little Britan and I like "Peep Show" with Mitchell&Webb.

Love Chevy Chase (the early years, when he was funny).

Fletch Lives, Fletch to enormous prison cellmate:

"Hi, what's your name?"
"BEND OVER!"
"Pleased to meet you, Ben."

It's the way he says it that cracks me up.

I know, he's so serious when he says it. Of course, he never can be seroius. I like when he went to Europe on vacation and got stuck in a "rondo" and kept going in circles trying to get out. He's funny.

Fletch

Talking of Fletch, that reminds me of another one.

Porridge and of course, the Two Ronnies.

I think that it's the funniest polish comedy made after the fall of communism. Absolutely love it. I think that Koterski's films are all great.

Sorry pressed to quickly.

I have collection of quite a few polish comedies. When I feel down it is always good to watch one of them. I will have to look for more Koterski's films.Kondrat is quite good too.

After my last visit in Poland I bought " Zrobmy sobie wnuka" - I expected it to be funny but wasn't really.

Monty Python's films and shows (their best is imho 'M. P. & Holy Grail' - the instruction of use of The Holy Hand Grenade - )
And yup, 'Dzien swira' is also great.
