Finding a graphic designer in Gdansk area

Hello,
I would be grateful if someone could give me some hints on where to place a job ad / finding competent people.
The position calls for a graphic designer (Gdansk area). I tried placing an ad in Gazeta which yielded very few replies, much to my surprise. Also is it frowned upon to place ads in english?

Any tips?

pracuj.pl or jobpilot.pl or hire some HR company, which will find someone for you.

The problem is that those sites are only in polish and my translator is on vaccation. :(
