Due to the fact you are only after there work cause they are fit, you should be appriciating them for there hard work they put in and there long hours!

I appreciate hard work but in a customer facing industry ugly people are bad for business.
Also trust me the girls really do like me even though I'm an Ugly fucker.
Danuta trust me you would love working for me I am a great boss. All the staff say so.

Unless they want to get sacked

Try to pay them more than £5.35 ph. You won't have to look for them then. They'll find you.

i think that is very arragant saying ugly people are bad for business what your ugly is not someone elses so i think you are judging your staff wrongly, o personally would not like to work for you no matter how good looking i think you were and plus your staff have to like you thats what your paying them for x

In a bar frequented by working men all week pretty girls get you more customers. Simple business fact. I have some but not any drop dead stunners and My Mythic abilities to find gorgeous girls to work for me are being questioned.

Try to be more precise. And btw, 'the tips' is a matter between customer and staff, not the manager.

This is true. I have to admit. Men here tend to frequent bars where they have a crush on the staff. But, this isn't the only thing that should be priority...and maybe it's not for you, but you're givin us this impression.

I didn't think tips were popular in europe. Is Scotland different? From what I understand, Americans were the few that tipped there.

sorry thats £100.00 in tips per week before managers deduction. Most people here tip but only if they have better service or food than they expected or they are in love with the waitress or waiter who serves them. Tipping also depends onwether or not there is service charge on the bill.

I'm not exactly sure if tipping staff is popular here, but in the UK price often includes 'service charge', and the staff won't accept any tips then.

Some places in the US include the gratuity in the check as well. MY GF worked in a pub in Edinburgh and she said that noone tips there..except the few Americans that pass through.

Maybe post something more professional in the Jobs section and you can possibly find help.

Its In Buckinghamshire but I won't mention the name of the place just yet. There seems to be a serious sense of humour failure on this board.
