I have a free flat in the centre of Kraków - Łobzów, ul. Racławicka, near the market square (20 min), 50 m2, well-appointed, 2 rooms, balcony and peaceful surroundings.
I'm searching for calm people.

hehehe, as long as i'm not fighting a battle to get around the place i'm fine with a bit of personal mess. People's rooms are their rooms but becuase of my military family i like a tidy house, apart from the bedrooms of course, as i said their personal space so they can be as messy as hell :):):):)

In English `vacant` would probably be a better word because it would cause less confusion.

Good luck with your flat.

Hi Panienka
I live in Krakow and looking for the new flat to move soon.
I am interested in your flat. Is it still available?
Could you give me how much it would be per month or per week?
Is that possible to visit and have a look?
Thanks!

It is for myself, 1 female - I am quiet and tidy person, non-smoker.
I am thinking to stay longer but I dont know how long at the moment.
I need to move from 1st June. Hope it is reasonable price :-)

it´s 1400zl for the whole apartment, you can divide the price between several occupants.
