Flat needed in Wroclaw

I'm looking to rent a 1/2 bedroom flat in Wroclaw from 01/07. If anyone knows about any flats available, please give me a shout.

I know of a flat to rent in Wroclaw in new building in ul. Prusa (10 minute walk to rynek), next to Botanic Gardens, Plac Grunwaldzki and Plac Bema.

Let me know what your budget is but it is 47m2 with also piwnica (Underground Storage for bikes etc..). This is a one bedroom flat with bathroom, living room and kitchen.

At the moment I can only afford 1000-1500zl depending on extra bills, internet, gas ect. Sounds like an ideal location, but is itn't it normally quite expensive there?
