We have a brand new, modern, fully furnished flat in a fantastic building, with a parking bay in the garage, 58m2, in Ul Chlodna, walking distance from the city centre.

We have another new apartment, also fully furnished, 78m2, in Ursynow, 5min from the Metro.

I can send photos if you are interested.

Kind regards

I'm interested - the lease on my apartment is up at the end of March. PM me and I will get you my email address.

Are you using an agent - I'd prefer not to have to pay their steep commission.

Walking distance? Yeah, right. A new build on Chlodna? That's got to be the Ronson development, Meridian. The nearest tram stop is a four or five minute walk away, then it's three tram stops to Plac Bankowy and then three more tram stops to the centre. Got to be a good 40 minute walk to the city centre.
