Not every, and it is a hassle to make.

Kotlet Schabowy (pork steak hammered flat and breadcrumbed) is in many ways the national dish.

Kotlet Schabowy is very similar to Austrian/German Schnitzel. Easier to do than pierogi. Can also be done with chicken fillet. It's very tasty.

Different kinds of soups are also very commonly served in PL, especially as an entrée (e.g. barszcz czerwony, rosó³).

And mashed potatoes without butter or milk added but with the fat from the pan drizzled over. Delicious!

Golabki, (Stuffed Cabbage), Smoked Kielbasa, (Sausage), Crispy Potato Pancakes, just a few, and there are many more.
Most Polish food is great, just some are greater than others.

Pro tip:

Coat the meat in flour.
Then coat the meat in egg.
Then coat the meat in breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry on high.

The combination of flour and egg will keep the breadcrumbs on. Tried and tested by natives for generations :-)
Enjoy!

this is exactly how i make it and my coating has never fallen off. golabki is my all time favourite, but as with pierogi, its time consuming to make. stick with the kotlet dish ,its relatively failsafe, quick to make and lovely with salad. personally i prefer this made with chicken. good luck with whatever you choose to cook!
