As we all know, the Gesslers are at war. I've only been to two of their places (Qchnia Artystyczna and Przekaski Zakaski.)
They're both different, but good.

I was wondering if anyone else has been to Gessler restaurants (Magda's or Marta's). Any recommendations?

She is a fat, critical bi*ch! Sorry, I don't go to places where toffie-nosed snobs rule the roost.

I've been to U Kucharzy which I thought was excellent - good fun and the food was good.

I've been aiming to go there (best tartar in Warsaw, I hear tell.) But also, it's expensive like all ****.

There are two of them, you know. Right? Besides, the food is awesome.

Most likely place to visit: Przekaski Zakaski. Good food, ****** (but cheap cheap cheap) drinks. I like the radio station they have in there too.

It wasn't cheap for sure, but I don't remember it being too painful on the wallet and I didn't resent spending the money, which is unusual in Poland. Their set lunch menu was very good value.

I have from hearsay that her Italian restaurant on the Rynek in Warsaw is quite OK.
Anybody been there?

Bellini on the Rynek. No idea which Gessler owns it.

I just looked it up on the Interbutts. Apparently Magda owns it.

I'll try to hit more of them up sometime, once I get more money though.
