I would say L-carnitine

why what have you got?

chrome is quite popular too but the health risks are being played down in Poland

i don't know if pip was joking or not, but she stated how it is.

most folk probably change their diet before trying one of the many, in vogue supplements, or whatever.

the best support is knowing that at the end of the month you've just dropped down a size in clothing.

For fear of sounding rude, eat veg and meat, and normal portions and exercise..slimming products are only a quick fix...you'll put the weight on when you go back to old habits, its about life style changes and choices..only you can do it, not a drink in a can..

It could also be called a tart actually...(no offence to our resident Mr Szarlotka ;0) )

http://easteuropeanfood.about.com/od/polishdesserts/r/szarlotka.htm

But it contains pastry...pies are made from pastry are they not? Therefore, as far as Im am concerend it's a pie..

I did...It was lovely, had it in the Jewish area in Krakow...it tasted home made..

Yes,Polki increasingly lose their silhouette despite our efforts. However obeisty among Slavs is rather unattractive they just get fat in the wrong parts.

And who gets fat in the right parts?

even if female bottom and boobs only grow it is a caricature, not a woman

and too much FAT on the boobs, yuck, on the butt even worse.

it has to be a healthy firm tissue, mammary glands, muscle and just a max. two, three cm of skin with discrete amount of fat, not that pudding like swinging fat.

lower back, that has to be gluteus maximus in tension and firm layer of skin with some again hints of estrogen induced fat. Few cm's. For holding.

men naturally can't have any fat ; )

stop the earth i want to get off

That's because Slavs in general are rather thin boned. I don't think I have a single fat person in my family unless he/she is very old.

Eat only protein and green veggies, no sweets, no starches, no fats or oils. Count your calories less than 100 per day and you should loose at least a pound a week. Good luck!

English women in many cases advance with fat.I have noticed that germanic women tend to get bigger boobs and rounder bellies as the fat surplus grows while mediteranean women increase their asses and slavic women increase their waists and asses and lose their superb leg sillouhete as well with a devastating effect where only the high cheeks on the rounded face remain to remind of the former beauty.
