Real english cider is now available in Sopot, immersion club next to Dom sushi.

While cider in Poland is obviously and always a good thing, have the people who judged Merrydown to be the best cider in the world ever actually tried any other cider in the world?

A drink for teenage girls and southerners. Unless it's scrumpy, which is interesting once every few years, to remind you what it's like.

Cider is available in many places in Poland, sorry if i don't share your enthusiasm about the immersion club, its a bit far to go, in order to get a pint...

I said cxider is now available in Trojmiasto, I didnt say it was the only cider in Poland, although I suspect there anrent many establishments in te whole of Poland that stock it.

There's a Marine camp down my neck of the woods where they say the same thing. Until they get bladdered on the stuff that is.
The country road back to the camp is famous for being lined with unconscious northerners who couldn't manage to walk home after a night on the zider.

Hi polish friends. I'm am Scottish and going to gdansk for long weekend. Can I get cider there. It's all I drink my polish friend. Not sure

I would be very surprised if you could get it there. there are two places in Warsaw that have it, and one in Krakow but Gdansk doesn't have anything like the number of expats or tourists those places have. Why not try the local beers instead?

Yes in the bar U Szkot (a Scottish bar) in Gdansk. Merrydown cider is available there.

You can also buy Merrydown cider in Gdansk in Republika, along the motlawa in the old town. The same guy supplies all of the pubs / bars in trojmiasto, he's got a contract with them.

its about 12zl a can.

I helped hin deliver a stock there the other day, it's good that cider is gaining in popularity here
