What happened to the goooood parts?

Do you eat fish brains? I am sure they wouldn't so any harm but I am just wondering.

Eaten, of course.
But all parts are good, depending on what you want to do with them. :):):)

Nope, too small. I prefer cow`s brains which are much bigger.

I'd use those as fish bait for sharks.

the truth

This is the internet, I am not concerned with the truth in the slightest.
Give me an entertaining lie over a boring truth any day of the week :)

As you were saying: after dying, being reanimated and turning in to a zombie, you have had a thing for brains... ;)

I wouldn`t lie to you, even on the Internet. I was brought up that way. Please, forgive me.

Nope, I am not a zombie, only a brain bug:

I will try to find it in my heart to wrench out a little forgiveness.

So if the brains are too small on a fish's head to eat, what exactly do you do with them?
I mean there isn't really much meat on them for eating.

Of course. It is their fragrance and taste that matters. :):):)

Especially to prepare sauces etc.

Ingredients for sauce:
Head of Carp fish
1 onion sliced
2 cut carrots
1 teaspoon of salt
Pinch of pepper

Preparation for sauce:

1. Put all the ingrediates in a large pot, with enough water that the fish head is completely covered.
2. Boil the water.
3. Add the fish patties, if necessary, they can be in two layers. Make sure the water covers all the fish patties.
4. Boil again and lower the heat to minimum.
5. Cook for 2 hours.
6. Take immediately out of the water: the fish patties, fish head, carrots and onions, when they are done. Keep the sauce separately.
7. Arrange in a pan and refrigerate for 24 hours. You can add sauce on top of the fish when serving and decorate the fish with carrots and onion rings.
