My mum used to make Ponski. Could someone post a recipe. They were like a round ball
with jam in the middle deep fried and came out deep purple then sprinkled with icing sugar.

Best P±czki Recipe...???

Anyone have a great P±czki recipe? I'm trying to make some for a party Tuesday night and have tried recipes that end up too cakey or dry.

Thanks!

Paczki recipe

Good day,

I did do a "search," but for some reason, I can't get to the "link."

So, forgive the repeated request. But, does anyone have a good P±czki recipe? Or, can you provide a new link?

Thank you kindly,
Karinka

With Fat Tuesday coming up, also known as Shrove Tuesday , the day to indulge before Lent begins ,it would be nice to get a good old fashioned Polish recepie. In Poland, this is known as Tłusty Cwartek. The whole Polonia in America celebrates this day just like our Polish ancestors.
