SeanBM: A very good friend of mine from down South (U.S.A), tells me I am not allowed to say the word Barbecue, as I have no idea what it is:). My idea of a BBQ, is a few hot coals and lash on some road-kill or vege burgers. His ia apparently a ceremony, filled with secret rituals and recipes. First step is learning the difference between grilling (think kiss the cook apron wearing guy throwing hot dogs on a grill, possibly with an Irish accent), and ba-bachu (the guy with the smoker, the slab of brisket and ribs, and a whole lot of time on his hands). Second step is learn the rituals, which, depending on where you're from may or may not involve a sacrifice.
