You did a great job on kopytka :) Next time remember to cut them at the angle (aprox. 45) for more true look :)

I've had them fried... on a pan that is ^_^ I prefer them fresh, but my parents all like them fried
and yes, skwarki are a MUST to properly enjoy the glory of kopytka
... now I want to go make them. Damn.

I know they do !


I was brought up on Polish food. Maybe you need to amend the recipe because it doesn't show mince meat in it and if someone who hasn't made them before follows the rice only recipe then they are going to be dreadfully disappointed. It is a great link though :)
