Hi there,

I´m trying to sell Polish beer in Spain and I will appreciate it very much if someone could tell me how much does a can of 33cl of van pur or karpackie beer cost in a supermarket in Poland.

Do they have the 33cl format? Do they have it in other brands like tesco or carrefour?
Many thanks

I've seen Żywiec in 33 cl cans but by and large half-litre ones rule the roost in Poland. If they are not widepsread in Spain, maybe that could be a boon. 33 cl is somehow not quite enough, but 50 cl is just right.

Merged: Price of beer in shops?

Hello.

Anyone know what the prices of beer are in the shops (not pubs) at the moment?
Let´s say for a 0,5l bottle of Zubr?
0,5l bottle of something from those Micro-breweries Browar Amber and Browar Fortuna?

Appreciate some ideas. Thanks

My favourite is Donner (on the 'light' side 4% ABV) brewed by VanPur -- a sixpack runs about 8.50 zł. The best deal around! Some of the cheap and nasty brands are really hard to take, but this one is quite nice.

Browar Amber

Cans of Amber Naturalny are 2.5zl in my local sklep monopolwy. Bottles are a little less in the shop next to my flat. 5.7% alcohol, nice taste, easy to drink. I'm in Gdansk.

True. That's why my "recycling" consists of leaving the empties next to the rubbish bins (trash cans in American English) near my flat. Guess who picks them up within minutes.

Anyone know prices of Fortuna?
I saw a new brewery called Pinta that looks like it has some nice beer, anyone tasted? Prices on that one?
