I have only had cheeses like emental or other strong tasting cheeses, got to say there is the best cheese shop ever in Krakow

Cant eat blue cheeses, allergic to penicillin and even blue cheese sets me off not too bothered though it smells like someone died

I like my cheese with fresh apple and celary

There is a fantastic bar in Manchester Called Dukes 92 and you can get almost any cheese you like - a big slab of it with about half a loaf of crusty bread, with picked onions and gurkins...., its great after work going in and getting a bottle of wine especially in the summer sat outside just chilling with mates

Hey Bubbs, Manchester is a pretty cool city these days with lots going on - but yes for sure you would love Dukes - especially on a sunny day, lots of scantily glad women and about 20 different cheeses to chose from

The cover of my "teach yourself Polish" book has a picture of sheep's cheese that has decorations on it and looks like it has been toasted golden in an oven. At first glance, I thought the picture was of rolls!
