Everyone knows about bigos, kie³basa-based ¿ur and bia³y barszcz, grilling kie³basa on a charcoal fire and eating it in sandwiches like a cold cut, but does anyone have some less conventional culinary (not deviant!) uses to put it to? I am referring to smoked, ready-to-eat kie³basa.

Thinly sliced in a croque monsieur, again sliced in a gratin (that always goes down well here in PL) or instead of lardons in a warm salad.

Of course they can help a stew as well.

Good Sunday morning food!

I eat:
smoked kiebasa fried with onions & garlic, in olive oil
add cooked pasta, some tomato puree, ketchup and some cheese
put the lid on and leave a couple of min's
add loads of freshly ground pepper

nice, cheap and quick :)
