Hi, My babcia used to make this vegetable dish with mainly eggplant and parsnip tomato, capsicum etc all shreded together in like a tomato (thin) sauce I used to call it sin - in - ki (no idea on sp?) its a tasty vegetable mix off all diff veges and I would love to recreate it but I am not sure what it was called "officially" - if anyone could help it would be much appreciated!! Thanks
