What's the name of these (they look like large fish fingers)

They look like large fish fingers. i think its breadcrumbs on the outside and they had cabbage and mushroom inside and you fry them?

Also had a beetroot tasting hot drink .it was from a packet and you add hot water to make it.

anyone know what these are called?

I was told... but my memory is abit hazy

Croquettes (cabbage+mushroom) with red borscht :) :)
