I have only had cheeses like emental or other strong tasting cheeses, got to say there is the best cheese shop ever in Krakow :)

Cant eat blue cheeses, allergic to penicillin and even blue cheese sets me off :( not too bothered though it smells like someone died :)

I like my cheese with fresh apple and celary

There is a fantastic bar in Manchester Called Dukes 92 and you can get almost any cheese you like - a big slab of it with about half a loaf of crusty bread, with picked onions and gurkins...., its great after work going in and getting a bottle of wine especially in the summer sat outside just chilling with mates :)

Hey Bubbs, Manchester is a pretty cool city these days with lots going on - but yes for sure you would love Dukes - especially on a sunny day, lots of scantily glad women and about 20 different cheeses to chose from :)

The cover of my "teach yourself Polish" book has a picture of sheep's cheese that has decorations on it and looks like it has been toasted golden in an oven. At first glance, I thought the picture was of rolls!
