Poland will not agree to Russian military personnel' permanent presence at the anti-missile shield base, though inspections and monitoring are possible, Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski tells Gazeta.

Great artical looks at:
How would you describe the priorities of Poland's foreign policy?
What about the missile shield?

Do you have any plan B for Ukraine and Georgia if they aren't offered MAP status in Bucharest?
Will Russia get something in return if Ukraine and Georgia are allowed to join the MAP in Bucharest?
How determined to do you think the Democratic US presidential candidates are about locating the anti-missile shield in Poland and Czechoslovakia?
The Americans have promised to Russia that the Polish base will remain inactive as long as the missile threat from Iran hasn't become real.
Plus more...

I don't think that any of the Presidential candidates could locate Poland or the Czech Republic on the map.
