sorry for the seemingly random Question but...

Does Poland tend to have problems with urban foxes rummaging through the bins?

or is this pretty much unheard of?

I work part time for the THE NATIONAL VETERINARY RESEARCH INSTITUTE (NVRI) Pulawy, and I asked the same question a few weeks ago and they answered generally no there is not a real problem of foxes being urbanised, as their numbers are recovering after years of rabies infection; but by the end of 2006 the whole fox population had been vaccinated against this and the numbers are increasing rapidly. So who knows in the future there could be an urbanisation of foxes.
