I know this is a neologism, but what do you think it means? Gangocracy (the rule of a gang)?

I don't think so. It was used ot describe the MEN leadership as being overly influenced in textbook choices by Jewish and German interest groups.

Cycled today through KP. My favourite street in Warsaw..Free concerts...happy people strolling with their children...Atmosphere as in every Western and Central European capital. Suddenly I saw the namiotist tent, I was surprised because I thought the city found a way to kick them out. They are still polluting the pavement.

I reckon Father Rydzyk was wrong and Poland still has freedom of speech. When the namiotist tent is forcibly removed, then you'll know totalitarianism has come to stay. BTW, wouldn't you be more comfortable in Belarus?
