Correct Translation - Family is Forever

Hi There

i am wanting to get a tattoo in remeberance of my Polish Great Grandad i am wanting Family is Forever i have found a couple they are pretty similar but need the correct translation i have found Rodzina Jest Na Zawsze OR Rodzina Jest Zawsze

Not a native speaker but I think the first one 'rodzina jest na zawsze' is better, the second one sounds like 'family is always' or 'the family is always (there)'

Na Zawsze is better.
